We partner with a wide array of community groups to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants, including LINC UP, Black & Brown Cannabis Guild, Disability Advocates of Kent County, with a focus on those who have been impacted by the War on Drugs.

BUSINESS INCUBATOR & MENTORSHIP PROGRAM Coming Fall 2020

To create a more just and inclusive industry, our mentorship program will provide skills, knowledge and resources to community members seeking opportunity in cannabis. ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY Taking care of our planet is critical to protecting our collective future.

Our facilities feature sustainable technology like energy-saving LED lighting, state-of-the-art odor control and extensive water reclamation infrastructure so we can create consistent, quality products in an environmentally responsible way.

ADVOCACY & SERVICE We actively support hiring and expungement efforts for those suffering from the effects of marijuana mass incarceration.

Currently, we’re joining with activists and organizers all across the country in calling for the release of MI’s own Michael Thompson. Learn more about how you can assist in undoing the egregious harms of the War on Drugs by visiting the Last Prisoner Project and Free Michael Thompson websites.
