Position Summary:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will use their consumer goods marketing experience to lead execution of Fluresh’s THC-forward business and innovative CBD Skincare Line. They will lead execution of new product development projects; will be the brand’s online lead, implementing and tracking digital communications; and will work with the brand’s agencies to manage event execution.  From packaging to digital marketing to promotional plans to new product launches and retail marketing initiatives, the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in building, launching, and managing one of the premier brands in cannabis today.

The Marketing Manager will be part of the corporate marketing team, based in Chicago, but will work closely across the entire organization, which is located in Michigan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of new product development projects, coordinating with internal and external partners and agencies to advance new product development efforts; developing and managing project timelines; and ensuring product and marketing plans are in order for the launch of new products
  • Lead implementation and tracking of digital marketing communications, ensuring digital strategies are optimized across all digital channels

Position Summary: Cultivation Technicians are responsible for the care of medical marijuana plants during the immature, vegetative, and flowering stages. Cultivation Technicians execute operations pertaining to plant care such as pruning, transplanting and up-potting, watering, feeding, ensuring environmental control, and inspecting plants for signs of deficiency or infestation, as well as labeling and tracking plants using METRC tags. They implement cultivation practices as indicated by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and often operate in specific areas, as separated by plant production areas, in order to focus their role and responsibilities.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the health of immature, vegetative and flowering plants through observation and adherence to established SOPs
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with regard to plant health and traceability, in order to uphold the company’s standard for quality
  • Perform plant maintenance, feedings and irrigation events, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) according to a set schedule and SOP, as determined by the Head of Cultivation
  • Apply pesticides in a safe and effective manner, wearing appropriate PPE, and after ample training and instruction from the Head of Cultivation
  • Ensure the grow facility is kept free of pests, viruses, or other diseases by preventing contamination through proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and biological controls established within 
  • Implement a mother plant maintenance program with oversight from the Head of Cultivation
  • Observe and immediately address issues with plants, equipment, or environments
  • Ensure accuracy of plant inventory, including strain names, plant tag numbers, and counts of plants
  • Check and record accurate data daily, including but not limited to: pesticide applications, issues found when scouting plants, and any other items required by management

This position oversees a METRC Supervisor and ensures that Fluresh is in compliance with Michigan’s statewide monitoring system for integrated marihuana tracking, inventory, and verification.  The position will also be responsible for inventory management and supplies replenishment.

Position Summary
The METRC, Inventory, and Purchasing Manager certifies the accuracy of all data in METRC ane supervises a Specialist who  tracks plants and products at Fluresh’s Adrian, Michigan campus at each step of the supply chain – including cultivation, extraction, processing, and distribution.  The Manager monitors operations to identify and correct instances of non-compliance and prepares reports in a timely fashion. In addition, the METRC, Inventory, and Purchasing Manager is responsible for inventory management and records and for supplies purchasing, ensuring all supplies are tracked and available when needed.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee METRC and guarantee accuracy of data and compliance with state regulations
  • Identify issues, analyze current business methods, and provide suggestions to ensure the Company maintains compliance with METRC
  • Document all changes relating to METRC and purchasing/inventorying of supplies into training manuals and SOPs
  • Confirm that all packaging and labeling is METRC compliant prior to distribution
  • When required, be the primary onsite point of contact for METRC audits and operational reviews
  • Assist Operations and Finance in establishing a process for inventory tracking and supplies purchasing
  • Keep an accurate list of on-hand supplies and track ongoing usage
  • Plan supplies purchasing to accommodate cultivation and production schedules and keep purchasing records and receipts
  • Regularly audit supplies to assure physical inventory matches records
  • Create and maintain priority checklists, using Excel spreadsheets, to assure performance against key responsibilities
  • Work with Sales & Operations Planning to ensure information is continuously available and communicated effectively, including uploading of files to the Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Assist with a variety of functions, such as cultivation or Human Resources, as needed

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Reporting to Fluresh’s General Counsel & Chief Regulatory Officer, the Legal and Regulatory Compliance Manager will serve a key role in ensuring Fluresh’s compliance with a myriad of complex current and developing legal and regulatory issues.  She/he will be involved with compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations and will keep records to ensure follow-up and renewals are met in a timely manner and maintain compliance. This position will help support Fluresh’s continued growth by working on contracts, licensing efforts, and other legal and regulatory activities.   The individual will also help support social equity efforts and community engagement.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Handle applications and renewals of the company’s state and local licenses and permits, ensuring that all deadlines are met and all materials are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage regulatory record keeping, including business, marketing, advertising, and intellectual property records and contracts.
  • In consultation with the legal team, help draft, negotiate, maintain, and provide guidance on commercial agreements.
  • Support and influence the Company’s social equity programs.
